I am professor for algebra at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz and leader of this University's Institute for Algebra. Before taking this position in June 2015, I worked at the Research Institute for Symbolic Computation.
My scientific interests are computer algebra, symbolic summation and integration, Ore algebras, special functions identities and inequalites, Gröbner bases, and the applications of all that in combinatorics, experimental mathematics, and elsewhere.
